Hey, ya'll. How's everybody doin'? These days really ARE WILDER, huh? Call this what you will. Another entry into the Corona Chronicles? The virus is a bigger story than the release of my new album, Night Without Love, granted! Nonetheless, last Friday was release day!
That same night, I did a Facebook Live "cyber show" solo from my basement. Many of you tuned in to watch! Free to anyone, but many of you used my PayPal link (https://www.paypal.me/WorldOfWilder ) to leave tips. Thank you so much! In case you missed it, or would like to see it again, here's the link straight to Facebook.
Here's another link to an article Edd Hurt did for The Nashville Scene last week. We've got this one, plus some review links, on our Latest News page.
I will do another one of these "shows from home" on Facebook Live sometime in the coming weeks, so stay tuned to WebbWilder.com, these eblasts, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
In other news, if you are a Sirius/XM subscriber, you can catch me doing a "takeover" of the Buddy And Jim Show with Buddy Miller and Jim Lauderdale on the Outlaw Country channel this weekend. Details about the show and its time slot can be found on SiriusXM's Outlaw Country page. Visit the link and scroll down to the 'tabs' at the bottom, for that.
My weekly radio show, The List: The Americana Chart Show, will air at its usual times of 2-4pm Central on Friday and again Saturday morning from 7-9am Central. Around Mewzik Bidniss City, that would be 89.5 but, any and everywhere it is on wmot.org. So, there's that!
As far as the cancelled live shows go, great googly moogly! There are a lot of them. We have indicated which ones as much as possible at WebbWilder.com's Tour Dates page. But if yer in doubt, please check before going or buying tickets. We will get back to the whole "Live and in Person" thing just as soon as it makes sense. I think that's where everybody in the entertainment game is at these days.
Stay well. Thanks so much to all of you who have bought the new album, made contributions to the "tip jar," and/or just been there for Ol' Webb and company these many years. And may you never spend a "Night Without Love."
Adios, ameegerz!
