Short review of Powerful stuff:
Wilder's It Came From Nashville ('86) might be the most impressive "roots rock" debut since the term was coined. His incendiary live gigs continue to live up to his claim as a "Human Cannonball", but nothing was as wild as the original lineup, featuring Donny Roberts on lead--until this collection of unreleased originals and covers ranging from Tina Turner to the Fab T-Birds.
