At first, this was dismissed as a hoax, but lots of news sites are reporting it now.

My wife and I were happy for 30 years. Then we met.

Wow, didn't see that one coming. Last I'd heard was about a mention on the Tonight Show, about his "Black Star" release. It seemed like things were going great for him lately, but I guess not so much.

I once had a dream where I was auditioning to play on David Bowie's coming album and tour. During a break, he asked me where we could get truffles for lunch.

RIP David Bowie

Bowie's death inspired the article "The State of the Church of Bowie in 2525" which I found today on Pulp Metal Magazine at:

http://pulpmetalmagazine.com/2016/01/12/the-state-of-the-church-of-bowie-in-2525-by-k-a-laity/

A work of genius by the good Dr. K.A. Laity, who scored a PhD in Medieval Studies from UConn.

And now Dale (Buffin) Griffin has passed as well. David Bowie's gift of All the Young Dudes saved Mott the Hoople.
